Cigs have been close to $10/pack in NYC for a while.

I look at it as a luxury item. I still pay but don't smoke as much.

Well Missouri just defeated an increase in Tobacco Tax. I am not sure if there was or it is proposed to increase on the Federal Level. But again if we tax to high, people won't buy, and their goes your tax base.

Well I agree with you, we have just began to get screwed as you say. My brother is moving to Panama, they use American money and currently 1 dollar is worth 4 down there. I was surprised to see how easy it was to move there. Just prove you have a steady income source.
