There are physiological and cognitive differences between the races as well as between sexual orientations. The differences are not "made up" by society.
There are obvious differences. There are, even if people wish to disbelieve, absolutes in this world.
Race difference is obvious.
However, stereotypes and prejudices we have toward races are formed by society.
Sexuality is not specific enough. If you mean do I think women were born knowing to mate with males, and vice versa, for the sake of procreation without society TELLING they have to, then yes. I do.
However, do I believe that all women and men will have a sexual attraction toward the opposite sex? No. I think society influences how they decide that later in life.
Put a man and a women on an island and leave them. If they survive to breeding age they will “figure it out”. They don’t have to be told.
