The newspaper and broadcast industries. He has major issues with disention, this would be another way to stifle it.

I don't think even the current admininstration is dumb enough to try to take over the oil industry, much as they might like to.

I don't really think he's interested in nationalizing anything, but if he's looking for suggestions, I'd say go after the right-wing disinformation media. The whole nine yards of it -- NewsMax, WorldNetDaily, everybody at townhall.com, the WSJ, the Washington Times, FOX News, the Heritage Foundation, AEI, etc., etc., etc. Think how refreshing political discourse would be if people only had access to responsible, honest information about things rather than the pap and partisan propaganda that those folks put out...

The powdered wig industry and the tea bag industries. He doesn't need to worry about the MSM since their alraedy in his pocket. AM radio and Fox could be next though.

Are you serious? The oil companies have been making record profits. Why would an oil company ask for a bailout?

Whoever said these companies have to be nationalized because they're losing money?

What better way to fund underperforming companies than the outright seizing of $$$ and assets from profitable ones?

The only company that's been bought by the government is AIG. How much money did AIG lose? The other bailouts are loans. How much money did those companies lose?
