Ok, let's start with the tobbaco tax. Then the list of items on the proposed new tax or increase
Softdrinks 2¢/fl.oz.
Refined Sugar 6¢/lb.
Flour 3¢/lb.
Candy varies from 1¢ to 3¢
Gasoline 47¢/gal.
Batteries varies by size 3¢ to 12¢ per cell
Bottled water 0.5¢/fl.oz.
Then we can talk about the proposed tax on healthcare plans and the reduction/elimination of deductions like charitable giving or reviving the death tax.
Think about reality, they just spent how many trillion $$$$? How do you think that'll get paid back without raising taxes?
Oh, we'll just raise taxes on business and corporations and remove those pesky tax deductions right? As has been said many,many times before when you raise taxes on business and corporations THEY don't pay it, WE do with the increased cost of goods.
Again, all this spending has to be paid for somehow so who exactly do you think is going to pay for it or do you think a tax fairy is going to come by and take care of it?
The problem is many on the left boil it down to a "you hate Obama" if you complain thing but I am not saying that.
I fully blame congress for this mess and Obama needs to learn how to use the veto stamp soon.

Obviously the poor people, college students, and welfare crowds that were so common at Obama rallies were not at a TAX rally, as none of these groups pays any taxes. So yes, I'll bet there weren't many shoeless bums at these rallies complaining about taxes.
You know, I should just ignore you, but like most parents, it really p***** me off when you criticize my kids. You don't know them (or me) from a hill of beans. You'd be surprised what they know about "our country's history"; I'd be willing to be more than you do, so just lay off, pal.
Well you don't know other peoples kids so how can you criticize them for bringing their children out to experience the American political system?
