No, but in some situations it is acceptable. The military being the only instance I can think of off the top of my head. If you do not establish a chain of command and punishment for insubordination, there is no coherence to the system, and the structure fails - Not exactly something you would want on the battlefield.
That example aside, what about your boss asking you to work for someone else temporarily, or else be fired? Is that what you are getting at? In most applications of your question, 'morality' is not involved. I suppose the exception would be slavery?

Don't various religions require one to accept God, Allah, Jesus, etc. or risk going to that hot place downstairs? Isn't that the deal...obey or go to the basement?
