Uh-oh. Seems some are not very impressed with The One. What, exactly did he accomplish?

Whoops! Browser Settings Incompatible

Quote:
President Barack Obama has recently completed the most successful foreign policy tour since Napoleon's retreat from Moscow. You name it, he blew it. What was his big deal economic programme that he was determined to drive through the G20 summit? Another massive stimulus package, globally funded and co-ordinated. Did he achieve it? Not so as you'd notice.
[MOD CUT/copyright] Love it!! He has it exactly right.

Again; What did obama accomplish? Some good photo-ops? Images?

All the opinion of one op-ed writer, who never supported Obama in the first place. Big surprise there.

OK. Can you dispute his claims of what obama accomplished? That is certainly not "opinion", but actual facts.

Do you know the difference?

Did he convince Europe to go on a massive spending spree, like he has done? No.

Did he convince Europe to commit more combat troops to Afghanistan? No.

Did he convince the UN to punish NK? No.

If you compare what obama went there to get and what he came home with, there can be no denial - it was a complete failure.

Do you really expect the slobbering media to contradict the nice pictures and images that were brought home to America?

Some, like Krauthammer have the intellect and honesty to break it down and analyze the results.

You should try it, line by line - let me know what you come up with.

What I am actually doing is exactly the same thing you are. Finding a blog or news story that declares Obama a success, then listing out quotes.

Interesting, right? Here you go:

Yay! Seems some are very impressed with President Obama. He accomplished a lot.

Love it!! He has it exactly right.

Wash, rinse, repeat with new blog article, just substitute the negative and/or positive words to suit your cause

No, you're not.

The "facts" (concessions and committments he got) from his European tour are just that, facts, indisputable facts on the record.

Compare that to what he was hoping to accomplish;

Thousands more combat troops for Afghanistan, Europe following his lead by spending trillions they don't have for stimulus, strong sanction from the UN regarding NK's missile launch - what am I missing?

The results; 5000 (300 temporary) troops for Afghanistan, rebuke from Europe on the spending spree, a big fat goose egg from the UN on NK (China and Russia must be loving this, how they refused to even issue a statement voicing "concern").

What a friggin leader.

Nothing will be done under his watch on NK and Iran will have a nuclear bomb - then what.

Thanks Newtoli....allow me to put in BOLD what the reality really is.

4/7/09

A new CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll found that 79 percent of Americans surveyed feel that Obama has had a "more positive" effect on how people in other countries view the United States. Only 19 percent of those surveyed thought he's had a "more negative" effect.
