I guess this guy really doesn't care for obamacare.

President Pantywaist in retreat: Barack Obama hoists the white flag over Stalinist health care proposals - Telegraph Blogs

Quote:
Barack Obama’s plan for socialised health care on the Stalinist model across the United States is now in full retreat. Not only will it not play in Peoria, it will not play anywhere.

Politicians returning to Washington after scrubbing off the tar and feathers acquired at town-hall meetings are bringing with them a blast of reality that has been absent from Obama’s dreamland regime since his inauguration.
He has a really good turn of phrase - and he's funny as all hell.

I do think he is not quite accurate that obama has given up the public option. He is a snake-oil salesman and conniving by nature - they will still try and rahm it through - for political reasons. This would be a tremendous defeat for him, at the hands of his own party and the American people.

Of the people who don't support the currently proposed plan(s), 41% don't because they think it goes far enough while 54% think it goes too far. Many, many people who don't support what you call obamacare because they want a more socialized program.

bush f'd up this country up so bad, I knew voting for Obama was a better choice than another republican. So what if he didn't pass the ridiculous health care reform bill, at least we had a toilet flush of a-holes. That's all the change I voted for.

Oh, have you gotten your change yet?

Administration full of lobbyists, insiders and the same old same politics as usual.

Continuation of bush's most heinous offenses (according to the Left).

Is that the change you were hoping for?

New poll finds that public support for health care legislation ‘collapses’ if it doesn’t include a public option.

I really hate to mention this but, haven't you noticed ALL the polls for the last couple of weeks where support for obamacare has completely collapsed, along with his individual poll numbers. There is a correlation there - if you can take off the blinders.
