I've always worked weekends and holidays and I've been glad to do so. Sundays/religious holidays are just other days of the week. There's nothing that makes them more significant.

I lived in Burbank for 8 1/2 years and my polling place was a church a block away. Where's the Anti-Goddies on that one? lol

I refuse to vote in a church. I went to the local fairgrounds to do my voting. The churches in my area were to busy gather 'donations' to paint peoples cars with 'YES ON 8' and 'PROTECT MARRIAGE'... most were not available for actual voting.
