I misplaced the point of the poke about rubber bullets, in that the real ones were used in the killings way long time ago. "Here we go again?" Well, riots, student riots of course, those young minds what have been clouded over by left rhetoric and liberal professors. That's sad, wouldn't you agree?
If the NG or the police had shot a couple dozen people at a Tea Party, we might be reading an entirely different thread right now.
Cry me a river, man, see if I care. And I just knew there'd be trouble keeping you on track with this post. I wasn't intending to rehash history with you, but to point out the obvious in today's world. You want to rehash, go for it.
I know, you were up to something unimaginably clever as usual. Invoking the memory of the dead in furtherance of the agenda of selfishness, hate, evil, stupidity and greed in no way makes them part of the post.
only because the pot smokers outnumbered the law enforcement.
LOL! Well, they were all stoned, should have been easy targets, but the cops chose to pretty much ignore it. The university did send out an e-mail to all students urging them to stay home and not devalue their degree.

Troubled by the FACT of four government sponsored murders of US citizens?
That was arguably one of the saddest days in American history, what really bothers me is that I do not believe it will be the last time I see the American Military used against the citizens.

I would say that you are comparing apples to bananas when you talk about that situation at Kent State to any of the Tea Parties? Were you at a Tea Party to know the difference in behavior at the two situations? I think not but you do want to take the word of the MSM about them and the same MSM just never told the story about Kent State in the days before the shooting.
Lets insert something else here. How would you like to be in a group of under 30 mostly teenagers being threatened by 10,000 rioters? Have you ever thought about that?
roy, since you weren't at Kent, what are you talking about?
Were you there? i seem to remember many riots against the rights of people not involved in the riots of that day. Do you know what started the whole thing at Kent State? If so maybe you could help an old man who was nearly 40 when that all took place. You tell me what it all started about. Such silly reasoning and like all things like that one it grew day by day and finally was beyond where it should have been allowed to be.
Please tell me all about it from your side of the story.
Whatever they used, they killed 4 people. I was in Pittsburgh going to college at the time. Probably ~ 100 miles away, and one of the people killed was from Pgh. It was in the news for forever. What do you mean, here we go again?
"It was in the news forever."
Hmmm.
Sounds like the coverage of Barry's walk with one of the most beautiful people on planet earth, Michelle.
It started with the bombing of Cambodia.
An illegal incursion into a sovereign country.
Sound familiar?
There was also the matter of 50,000 American kids dead and the draft, lottery.
I knew Kent very well at that time.
You seem to like to talk about things you know nothing about.
After all, you're the one who made the comparison.
