Interesting. This is a graph of Google search trends for pornography (blue), Obama (red), economy (green) and swine flu (orange)...

First of all, how do we know that those searches are limited to America?

Second, what people search for on the Internet has little to do with their priorities. I would imagine people generally put food above porn on the ol' priority list, but you can't pull a hamburger out of your computer...

Porn has been pretty much tops on the Internet for just about as long as it's been a consumer service. I don't see anything new or remarkable in the data you posted.

Depicted in blue are google searches for "food delivery" and depicted in red are google searches for "fleshlight". Clearly, masturbatory paraphernalia is exceeding food in importance.

By the way, both search trends are limited in scope to IP addresses within the United States. Trust me.

PORN & ITS ACCOUTREMENT: Important...

FOOD: Secondary to porn...

If you took Utah out of the equation, the porn trend line would go down significantly.
