I am new to this forum, but if this forum is like any other political discussion board, you will find that liberals will be eerily silent when they've been caught in a trap. But to give credit where credit is due, some liberals want to see Pelosi go down in flames, but they are few and far between.
attending a single briefing and either lying about it or forgetting about the details of it is bery bery bad and tourture is good. ok, that makes perfect sense.
but details aside, no chance that the CIA is covering their own asses on this, since the congress people in the briefings were expressly forbidden from talking about the information from other colleagues, including fellow members of the intelligence committees, staff and legal counsel, she (and others) couldnt say a thing. So all the outrage is all for nothing.
why is everyone out to get pelosi? if she had a hand in it.. sure.. lets bring it to light.. but lets not forget who was in power and in charge when the waterboarding took place back in 2002...she wasn't even the MINORITY leader in the house until 2003...
Nancy Pelosi knew about the waterboarding and has been caught lying and changing her story around 4-5 times yet no one is talking about it.
The women clearly knew what was going on and allowed it to happen.
She wanted badly to see certain people get nailed on this and when it came out that she was in on the briefings now it has all of a sudden stopped dead in its tracks.
She needs to be removed from her job for lying and deceiving the American people once again.
This time she is caught red handed with her face in the till.

Perhaps but I'm getting real sick of people lying to me. People lie to us to get elected then they think once we elect them they have some kind of mandate to do whatever they want to do. Whatever they want to do? Really! I don't think so.
I think Obama is ready to have a blanket party for Nancy the minute they get her alone. She's either got to do a 180 and look like a complete hypocrite or take the blame for this fiasco and get thrown under the bus. I doubt she'll prosecute herself for denying involvement.
