Giving that responsibility to the Government is more than just dangerous - it is an abomination.

Personally, I think that Big-Religion Christians BELIVE in the HIGHER AUTHORITY OF GOVERNMENT the same as they BELIEVE in the higher authority of their deity.

You don't gotta hafta be responsible for your actions when a higher authority takes care of all of your personal activities.

Ah - Higher Power!

Lower Power got you pregnant - Higher Power will handle the responsibility from there.

Don't worry - Be happy!

Yawn....

I'm not Christian, yet am pro-life, so yet another unfair automatic association.

Some people view abortion as murder so of course they feel the government should ban it. It has nothing to do with personal responsibility.,

FYI - I understand where the pro-choicers are coming from even though I am pro-life. Anyone who makes no attempt to see the other side's view, even if they know they will never agree, has no room to debate on the matter.

Exactly. I can see where pro lifers come from but disagree as well.

I know that it will be very very very hard for all of us to come to some point where we can agree.

Correction----personal responsibility involves deciding when and with whom to have sex. Pregnancy is too late, chump.

Some of the right wing nutcases are trying to find something else to cry about. They tried to cry about Obama but he is doing great so they moved on to abortion.

OK - The guy who raped her was an aids-infected schizophrenic with genital warts. The kind of guy whose memory would last forever.

The girl, a Baptist who never missed a day of church and always brushed her hair 100 times each night.

Christians are not generally regarded as spiritual by nature.

It seems to be the most divisive issue in America, and it's as though those Chemtrails contained ecstasy, where everyone suddenly got into a let's-unite-mood, but can't because of this one issue.
