If your going to CHARGE someone with BREAKING the law, then they actually have to BREAK THE LAW.. If they havent, then the left wing accusations of "war crimes", or "torture" doesnt exist..

You cant ignore the LEGAL definition of terminology while arguing LEGAL charges..

Who has said anything about charging someone with breaking the law within this thread? Facts bro, facts.

Derail - train is off the tracks.

If you can stop your GOP mouth foaming for 5 minutes you'd realize you are (possibly) losing your mind and probably posting in the wrong thread.

I think we should be able to engage in any activity against our enemy that they are willing to use against us. In the case of the Islamic terrorists, that gives us a pretty big window. Stopped over at the YNC.com lately?

The reason for the talk show host agreed to be waterboarded is because?

Of course he agreed to be waterboarded to dispute the liberals accusation that waterboarding = torture, which = breaking the law.

Turns out that he has changed his OPINION, doesnt mean that its torture..

If you THINK its torture, you should spend your time asking Congress and Obama to MAKE it torture LEGALLY..

You are wasting your breath on these guys. When its the Right, its wrong.

PS to the Left: do you remember a recent President arguing about the legal definition of "sex", "is", "are", "the", and "not" during his impeachment trial?

I dunno, why don't you ask the radio guy.

You're projecting arguments on people that don't exist and are subsequently shooting them down because no one wants to argue with you in this thread.

Sidenote: Liberals aren't the only ones that don't like torture! Surprise!

There go principles and honor out the window. I think you just made George Washington roll over in his grave. You want to let Islamic terrorists set the moral compass for this country? Really?

More plainly, what did your parents tell you about jumping off a cliff just because everyone else is doing it?

Clearly the law says these people were not "tortured"..

But hey, dont let that stand in your way of lies..
Amendment 8 - Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Ratified 12/15/1791.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

I beg to differ and the Constitution kind of does too...
