Gay guys in High School are learning how to perfect their feminine wiles from women so that they can attract men to them.

Different things attract gay men than do straight men.
For me, I'm attracted to femininity...a gay guy can't ever become feminine without being a drag queen, and then he's becoming something that very few gay men would even want. Gay guys want gay guys. Straight women want straight guys. Gay women want gay women and straight men just want the best woman they can get regardless of her sexuality (actually, most men would want a Bi woman for the obvious advantages)...
To say that gay men are womanlike is just not accurate. To say they use the same techniques to attract a mate is simply a fallacy. But then again, there is not a single thing you have ever said that had any basis in fact or reality.
Who said that? I replied to the comment which said "that's why gay guys have a ton of female friends in high school".
They have to cling to the females because they are rejected by the straight males in school. And yes, the effeminate ones learn early how to emulate females to attract men to them.
