POLITICO 44 | A Living Diary of the Obama Presidency

More cronyism at work here. Does she have the authority to do this? No one elected her to a dam thing.

Did you actually read the article... once again with a trolling, misleading headline.

SHE PROMOTED HER PERSONAL CHIEF OF STAFF.

God help us!

Jackie Norris, the First Lady's former Chief of Staff was appointed by Mrs. Obama and serves at her pleasure. Ms Norris got the job as a result of being a Obama campaign staffer. Virtually everyone who works on either the President or First Lady's staff are appointees, and that includes the receptionist who serve at the pleasure of either.

I would ask why that is, but it would be a ridiculous waste of time.

Yeah, yet another thread where you cry "the sky is falling" w/out actually READING anything. Pathetic. And by the way, if you would've read the article, you would've noticed they named who her chief of staff was. You DO know who Obama's chief of staff is, right? He's a male, his name is Rahm.....ring a bell?
