If you're talking about that San Diego Bible Study, that was some sort of parking regulations complaint.

It's Republicans that do that? Not the Democrats, who like to go on & on about freedom of speech, while trying to silence speech with which they disagree, with legislation like the (un)Fairness Act?

Absolutely not. Americans have the right to freedom of religion and assembly. The central problem is often the very people that claim they are being suppressed for their religion are often trying to suppress the religions of others interestingly enough.

And that is exactly what I am getting at. If Those religious groups that fight so hard for others to do as they please had to give up the right to practice religion publicly, they would fight for it saying it is their right to practice their religion where they want. Most religious people only think of their way of life as being right and do not think that any other way should be practiced, especially if someone is happy.

I am not a Republican (nor a Democrat), but Democrats use the Constitution the same way Republicans do, so don't blame Republicans.

No this has nothing to do with that. I feel that everyone should be allowed to do as they please, religious people can pray, homosexuals can marry, women can get abortions and anyone else can also do as they please.

Yes, there's no room for mystics in a rational and progressive society
