Why is this an issue?

Richard Armitage in the State Dept admitted to leaking her name. Everybody knows that - including the Special Counsel and the trial jury, who found Libby guilty of a "process" charge, not of leaking her name.

I doubt much, if anything, will come of it. It seems be a rehashing of a previously decided case regarding a FOIA request. Some activist group is trying to gain access to the notes in question, and the Obama Administration is basically arguing against it for the same reasons the Bush Administration did.

But watch all the haters come in here, not read the article in full, and start bashing "NObama/Obambi/Obamasam/Barry/Hussein" over this.
