So Nifong apologized, and thinks it's all better? Well,DUH!!Does that make the past year all better for the three young men, and the life and education put on hold? Does it make it all better for the millions of dollars down the drain for the parents and taxpayers? Does it make it all better for the LaCrosse coach who had to resign? I DON"T THINK SO!!!!

No, but it isn't over yet. Hopefully, the SOB will be disbarred, sued out the wazoo, and put in jail for a bit. One can hope...

Speaking of disbarment, isn't it true that someone with a criminal record is not allowed to practice as an attorney? Is it not also true that an attorney convicted of a crime can be reinstated after a waiting period? Why should the attorney be privileged & allowed to resume his practice when someone else would be disqualified for life?
