Exactly, which is why I feel government intervention is necessary in that regard. I've never bought in to the Adam Smith line of thinking when it comes to capitalism and free markets, and I never will. It's too treacherous.

The vast majority of posters on this forum are heterosexual. Sure, a lot of the homosexual posters complain about the GOP's "family values" positions, but they're far outnumbered by the heterosexual posters who complain about it.

OK, I agree.

Nope. The fact that the LP has a lot fewer rules than the Republican and Democratic Parties is what scares people off, in my opinion.
Interesting perspective. So people feel safer with a degree of corruption and bureaucracy, rather than a platform of purity. Is that what you're saying?

I guess you haven't heard the press conference of Governor Sanford. In fact, it is too obvious that you haven't hear about it.

If you have a link of the video, that would be nice.
I don't have cable so right now my choices are pretty limited when it comes to tv.

I think I've been very clear, but I'll say it one last time: I believe that most Americans say they want as much freedom as possible, but they don't really mean it. They prefer to have restrictions on businesses and personal behavior.

Then you would be in favor of overruling the most basic thing in Democrat thinking, the Supreme Court ruling that gave the ok to abortion? Ah come on you aren't for that.

I will agree they are a bit extreme.
I don't agree with a lot of their economic stances but I like that they're for lower taxes.
You like that Libertarians are for lower taxes and yet, you support Democrats over Republicans. I think your vote is base on pure hatred.

Compromise with the Democrats?
