Aside from disagreeing with many of her political positions, I'm just simply not impressed with her level of intelligence, maturity or sophistication.

Yes we realize you think this. You are a liberal. You aren't the person who would think she is popular. What is so hard to understand about this?

For the same reason that the right keeps repeating the lines about;

"Al Gore claims he invented the internet". Not even close to what he said.

"Ronald Reagan ended the cold war".

"Ronald Reagan's tax cuts turned the economy around". Business cycle?

"Ronald Reagan cut the size of government." He didn't.

If former Miss California Carrie Prejean's name had been listed, I wouldn't have been surprised if she was the second most popular Republican, after Sarah Palin.

I don't know ONE REPUBLICAN who likes her!!! I have a huge family and they all think she is a lame brain.

The line "I can see Russia from my house" was uttered by Tina Fey playing Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live (SNL). It's such a good line because it's close to Palin's actual words and thoughts. She could well have uttered those very words.

Why look into the truth though when you can just spew nonsense.
I know that was the Tina Fey line.

Are you defending her comments to Gibson? Did her interview make you think she's presidential material?

Ok so Russia being close to Alaska means shes ????

People stand at a point in Key West and talk about Cuba is 90 miles away. What does that make them?

And don't forget that "Is it Live, or is it Memorex" voice of hers. I couldn't sit through even 5 minutes of that screech without hurrying out to the kitchen to put what was left of my drinking glasses away before they all got broke ...
