Sanford IS a Democrat! A stinkin' liberal Democrat. Rush is right. There's a simple equation for these things. Good = conservative, Republican. Evil = liberal, Democrat. Get with the program.
I listened to the clip provided and it didn't sound to me like he blamed Obama personally or directly for what Sanford did. It sounded to me like he was saying that Sanford had just been through a losing battle over the stimulus and said "the hell with it, I want to get out of here, the federal government is taking over everything." He did go on to say that he thinks a lot of people are feeling that way and the topic broadened from there. It was more about feeling defeated than about Obama did this. I don't care enough about Rush to try to defend him, but that's what it sounded like to me.
I feel bad for his wife and kids..but as for him..he's a big boy and has to pay the piper. As far as Rush goes...extremists on both sides say rediculous things..so I just try and ignore it. Anybody that takes it seriously is a little light in the head..if you know what I mean.
I don't have time to listen to it...why did he blame Democrats? What's his reasoning?
Edit: Yeah, that's a little far-fetched.
What he said, and I'm paraphrasing, is that Since Obama and the Dems have sucked all of the hope out of this country, that Sanford said "I'm outta here." There's more, but my IQ won't stand much more.
I guess rush missed the part where Sanford said he had been involved with this woman for a number of years.
