Bush was a coke-head and alcoholic (active)...
Most people of an age smoked pot.
BFD.

My guess is that it would cause the opposition party to complain bitterly about the amount of money being spent on strawberry preserves, ice cream, and other munchies.

In Obama's case, he might fill out a bit.

He certainly has that "stoned", dullard affect about him, and a bit of gynecomastia going on... But the biggest proof is in his pudding, the irrevocable mess he has made in the short 6 months while inhabiting the White House. Or is that irrational, inane and plain dumbass "thinking" just him? G-d help us if he is also imbibing something illicit on top of his gross stupidity. Go home, Bambo. No more Chicago thugs!
