France provides universal Health care for all it's citizens and it costs 2/3 of what the US spends on a system that does not cover everyone.

France has the higest rated healthcare system in the World has ranked by the World Health Organization.

Go to rural Oklahoma and see all these dirt poor whites who don't have access to proper healthcare. These elderly must drive 50 miles at a time to the nearest specialist...

This is what the OP wants for the USA....survival of the fittest....dog eat dog.

What France has could NEVER be replicated here. Ours would be more like a former combloc country's UHC system like Czech, Slovakia, Hungary, or Poland, with corruption and massive bureaucracy at the very core. I personally know of several individuals in these countries and they despise it.

Looks to me like it isn't very honest.

Who the h*ll is sponsoring this?
Wonder if there is any insurance funding here....

Do you know?

The only issues I can agree with the Republicans on are: health care reform, cap and trade and gun rights. I am very much against a government run health care system.

I dont care who runs the health care, i just dont like that its for profit...life and death should never be for profit, pay the bills and the doctors and don't have publicly traded hospitals

I've heard a public insurance option offered up... haven't heard Obama suggest we have government run health care.
