WASHINGTON (CNN) – House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said Tuesday he would consider supporting a second economic stimulus bill, but said people need to give the package that passed in February more time to work.

I'm not smart enough to see the reasons the GAO thinks that we need another stimulus. Is there something in there that says that? Obama sure wants another one, it seems.
Krugman was the only one I saw saying another or maybe even more might be needed. I recall a $5 trillion number. I don't see the GAO saying anything about another one at all. They'd probably be happy if the current one was actually doing what it was suppose to.
