If the mall does not like what he is selling, the mall has every right to not renew his lease.

Do you believe differently? Do you think the mall should be forced to renew his lease?

I want to see what part of the guy's website or what bumperstickers promoted "racism". Unless, of course, they're speaking of racism simply for disagreeing with Obama.

I don't think the poster implied anything. They simply posted a link.

Of course the mall can do whatever it wishes, and suffer the consequences. It is Charlotte after all. A LOT of conservatives, even with all of the Yankee transplants who used to arrive (no longer because of their collapsing housing market).

Absolutely. If they want to kick out a paying tenant in this economy, that's their prerogative. Considering all the other trash you find at malls, I think it's a pretty stupid decision, though, and is almost certainly motivated by politics.

You mean this isn't an example of a big bad mall corporation taking a job away from a hard working main street guy because it is being paid favors by the government?
