"Mr. Obama has no new strategic thinking on Iran. He vaguely promises to offer the country the carrot of diplomacy—followed by an empty threat of sanctions down the road if Iran does not comply with the U.S.’s requests. This is precisely the European Union’s approach, which has failed for over six years."

Perhaps he can sit down, and tip a few back (beers) with the Mullahs, and then everything will be fine.

John Bolton? The Wall Street Journal? What would please them more than hearing that the US Air Force is carpet bombing Iran?

The USA and the west have a lot of issues to settle with Iran,
lets not forget the US and the UK supported the Shah and his corrupt dictatorship, before the islamic revolution.
Let alone the US heavily supported Saddam Hussien during the war between Iraq and Iran.
The USA has done enough damage, we do not need to be supporting any Israeli military action against Iran.

Obama has until the end of September to make progess dissuading Iran from becoming a nuclear power. If he fails I expect Israel to attack Iran in October or November. It is inevitible. And I will fully support Israel in doing so.

Israel is unhappy with the USA? Oh does that mean that some how we have not given them enough? Billions in aide, and then of course we are their shield in the UN. Yes they have much to be upset about. Well I know what they should do.
1. They should refuse any and all future money from the USA.
2. They should no longer accept the USA as their protector in the UN.
3. APAC should no longer meddle in DC politics.
Yes they should show the USA how much they don't need us.
WE survived before Israel became a nation and without a doubt we can survive without them today. They may give up some good intel to us on occasion but then again they have stolen some good stuff from us and sold it to our enimies.

Relations between the U.S. and Israel are more strained now than at any time since the 1956 Suez Canal crisis.

Good maybe we will stop sending them money and they will stop begging for it.
