Passing students who don't deserve it would stimulate the economy, as the fake A's they'd be getting would help to graduate more students with higher GPAs, helping to drive up the quality of workers.

LOL...These people that are taking part in the program are Americans, it's there money to..LOL..The businesses are selling cars on American soil, thus paying American taxes. Where is the waste in this program? Please explain.in destroying perfectly good cars that took many resourses to build so none can even get used parts from them. guess recycling is no longer cool.plus us fols that do reccycle cars have to pay for this waste to destroy our spare parts. more green to crush em and build new one is a joke
