I can confidently state that 1 in 10 people actually understand, comprehend, and have the ability to debate why health care reform is bad or good without going back to a talking point on the pro/against side.

I say that at least 8 out of 10 know two things:
1. There are problems with the current system that need to be addressed.
2. A government option will drive employers to give up their health insurance offerings and drive private insurance companies out of business.
I think at least 8 out of 10 people know that the government option will lead to a government run single payer system. This is what most people are vehemently against.
