Anyone else notice that the evening news Iraq war body count stopped after Obama's election? Troops are still in Iraq and five more troops were killed in a suicide bomber attack. Yet no body count on the evening news.

It may just show where the agenda is in much of the media.I thnik at least they are beginning to question his spending since the european copuntries reject similar spoending he proposed. They thin it is bascially ruining to the future to spend at that rate.he may have a budget which is just a spending proposals but he may find getting the moenhy appropreaiate like all budget plans is difficult or impossible for much of it.

How sad. Dead soldiers don't count now that Obama is POTUS. These lives currently being given to fight the war are just as important as the lives given to fight the war under Bush.

Amazing what an agenda the media has.

Actually he is correct in that I know longer hear after a soldier is killed that he/she was the 3,143rd soldier (or whatever number) to die in combat in the war on terror.

Since Obama hasn't brought the troops home (as promised), I'm sure the media is wanting to keep the whole Iraq thing "out of sight, out of mind".

Simple.

The media is in the tank for Obama, and wont do it and tarnish his approval ratings. Yet.
