Let's assume for the moment you are correct - who's fault is it? The Corporations? No - it is not the Corporations fault. It is the Politicians who succumb to the temptations -

Conservatives believe that self-interest is actually a virtue. Rather than to believe that the reflex to self-interest is like hunger in the body, something that if taken too far will destroy one's self.

It's also the voting publics fault... for not holding their elected officials accountable for their actions.

We have become complacent.... have been for quite some time. We let government get out of our control by NOT paying attention.

Now.. we ahve an opportunity to change things.. to actual put through legislation that has a first concern : citizens.. AHEAD of corporate greed.

Unfortunately we are too mind boggled by propoganda rolled out by those with the money to do so and twist our minds and thinking about our government etc.

Sad, sad sad.

The first thing to do is REPLACE all Members of the House of Representatives in 2010. And, replace 1/3 of the US Senate in 2010 as well.

Politics or the right: make up threats to put forth own personal agenda .. need/want jobs like toilet scrubbers and dishwashers and pay them very little.. but then expect them to be able to pay their way on **** wages..then complain when supplemental income needs to be given by the government to help the actual working poor to live with a roof over their heads and enough fod in their bellies...

i could go on....

Is the definition of "success" determined by how much money you have in your wallet then.. by definition of the right..or can someone who works hard and make little not be "successful" ..... seems the value then is in money for the right.. only money = success

I am correct. There's no question.

It's the fault of BOTH corporate CEOs and politicians who are BOUGHT by them.

You want a cleaner government? Public financing of campaigns is the only way. As long as politicians remain in the corporate pockets, we will always have a corrupt government. Just common sense.
