Does this mean that all the folks who justify their calling for outright bans on cigarettes with "2nd hand smoke" health concerns are going to start calling for bans on cellphones - after all, there are now "2nd hand radiation" concerns...
"Telecom funded studies underestimate the risk of brain tumors;

This report, sent to government leaders and media today, details eleven design flaws of the 13-country, Telecom-funded Interphone study. The Interphone study, begun in 1999, was intended to determine the risks of brain tumors, but its full publication has been held up for years. Components of this study published to date reveal what the authors call a 'systemic-skew', greatly underestimating brain tumor risk."
"That's all right boys, let's just keep up the pressure for damage caps and we'll be fine."
- Christensen, et al., Cellular telephones and risk for brain tumors - actually stated the oppositeconclusion that was linked in the paper: "The results do not support an association between use of cellular telephones and risk for glioma or meningioma (http://www.neurology.org/cgi/content/abstract/64/7/1189)"
Just those two alone are dead wrong in the assertions of the paper, I don't have more time for research, but this is just a sham.

Are you a researcher on this topic?
Please show us evidence that refutes the study on cell phones (if there is some)

I'm not refuting the studies, but I am challenging the sources they reference to prove their point in the paper the article is presenting. 2 studies right off the bat where they state the opposite conclusion in the paper then the studies actually came up with is a serious credibility issue.
The studies themselves I referenced state there is little impact between cancer and cell phones, the very studies they link and lied to state that cell phones do cause cancer.
