Out of the hundreds of thousands of pit bulls raised as pets in this country, less than 1% of them ever attack humans. Of that <1%, an overwhelming majority of them are unneutered males who have been chained or caged a majority of the time. Nah, the owners have nothing to do with it.

I've got no problem with that.

Look...its pretty obvious. When you see a pit, 90% of the time it is with either a ghetto/thug/wannabe gang banger or with a dirty, grimey hillbilly/redneck.

There are good people that have pits and those are, almost always, well mannered and kept under control.

As much as I am a fan of govt staying out people's lives, I wouldn't mind seeing regulations involved in registering/buying pit bulls, and while we are at it, dobermans, rottweilers, german shepards, and chows also. Not sure how to make that effective though...

I'd take it an extra step and do it for all dogs. You see too many dogs being treated bad these days.

LOL! I love your use of the term "precious."
