I don't think this is anything more than something the OPer pulled out of thin air to start what she hoped would be a controversial thread and a chance to throw the word "hypocrisy" again.

It must be that I never saw those posts. I have posted asking what this was all about but when the OPer responded, she said she "thinks" if I search I will find those posts. "Thinks"?? She doesn't know? And if she does she won't tell where? When I asked for clarification yet again, she provided one of her "clever" retorts instead of information.
If you could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. I can't believe "a lot" of people are saying this.
I'm not a "birther" but, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how questionning where Obama was born could possibly be considered "Treason". You can question anything. I think it "could" (a big "could") be libel or slander if the president wants to be "a victim", but treason??????? I don't get it. Maybe someone can explain this to me. I've read the definition. I've read Article 3, section 3. It doesn't meet the definition (not even close). Does someone know something I don't know? Thanks
again, i don't think it's treason, but she is not just "questioning" - she is actively trying to get the legally elected president disqualified and removed from office through the legal system. and she is doing so based on complete fabrications. i can see where someone would get "treason" from that.
These allegations come from the same people who questioned and insulted GWB throughout his Presidency. I am amazed that these people cannot step back and see the hypocrisy.
No, people who talk military personnel into disobeying orders are guilty of inciting MUTINY IN TIME OF WAR. I believed the same of those who got people to desert during Vietnam.
that's right, it's mutiny people are mostly talking about, not treason.
and there's no question that she is encouraging and supporting mutiny.
i'm sure the right would have said "well people have a right to question the administration" if there was a conspiracy theorist lawyer constantly bringing lawsuits against the bush administration saying that soldiers didn't need to fulfill their duties because bush wasn't fairly elected in 2000.
Even more interesting that only Cindy Sheehan still opposes the war now that Obama is Commander-in-Chief.
There are many who still oppose the war in Iraq. Most of the "Out of Iraq" signs are still on the lawns in my neighborhood (and on a mix of R and D households). But it's not newsworthy 7 years later. No protests. Most are trying to hold on to jobs or find one.
Nobody changed just beacuse of Obama.
Some of us are still trying to get the illegal immigrants out and dump NAFTA. But neither are the news stories of the moment.
