At first I thought the title was about a Jewish train, snaking over to Arab territory on some mission - never imagined someone would claim that snakes were being trained for attacking.

Obviously, this was a scouting mission, and in the coming weeks we'll see mass snake attacks, since the proof of concept worked so well.

They may well be reasonable and intelligent but their government refuses to allow them a decent education. The PA receives billions of dollars each year and does nothing to lift its people out of ignorance etc. Though I guess that's not the goal.
