Apparently we need a Government program to supply dictionaries to the American people. Everyone is a racist to some extent. Read, comprehend, and move on.

If you choose to redefine "race" and "racism" to fit your agenda it is necessary to preface charges of "racism" with your individual definitions for "race" and "racism" first. Otherwise people who understand English will misunderstand your statements and you will not be conveying what you want to share.
