It is a misleading thread title, you know like the right wingnuts do all the time, TIME actually praised Beck somewhat but we have to look at the article and point out the inaccuracies.
When will you start pointing out those inaccuracies?s I think that all you know about Beck is gleaned from drivel like this. You don't watch him but seem to know so much. How do you do that?
I admit to only scanning the article briefly before posting here, upon closer examination I am convinced that Beck's thinking is just as irrational and delusional as I always thought....
When was the last time you listened or watched Beck? I think it may have been some time ago but who knows, it may have been only one month ago.
Glen Beck is just a guy that has a show where he says things some people like to hear. Has nothing to do with the real facts and he has no credibility. almost as bad as Rush Limball. Notice he is never on the real news shows where people demand the true complete storys. Hes little more than a circus clown with a big red nose and floppy clown shoes.. People that take anything he says as fact arent getting anythng but spin. The keyword is CREDIBILITY..HE HAS NONE...................just a circus clown wearing a suit and tie.LOL
I don't watch Beck, nor agree with most of what he has said. But to say he is bad for America is ridiculous. He does not make law, nor policy. He voices opinion. No one is forced to listen to him. If anything, he is making people think about politics, and scrutinize those in power. It's always good for politicians to know they are being watched closely.
How does the saying go? I may not agree with what you are saying but I will defend your right to say it. Or something similar. Well that pretty much sums up how I feel about him.
He is not just voicing his opinion. He has history and facts to back up what he is saying. I challenge you to watch the show for one week. I believe you may change your overall view of him. Give it a try.

and you are impressed with what Steven King has to say? I wonder what Howard Stern would have to say about Beck? You probably would be impressed with him as well.

He says nothing constructive, but keeps his loyal followers (as a guru) in a constant state of hyper-paranoia. Paranoia is not a good thing for America, or any nation.
I disagree, he has a million or so devotees who take him seriously, and he incites hatred IMHO.
How? He uses people's own words and actions against them. There is nothing remotely wrong with that.
If anyone begins to hate the subject of Beck's rants, the subjects have only themselves to blame.
