Why did he make the determination that the kids should not watch Obama in the first place? If he made that chioce based on his own political leanings he should be forced to step down.

Through my whole K-12, I never watched a Presidential speech at school, we had more important things to learn.

Right, Nomad. Yeah, POTUS is telling your children to committ bad acts. Yeah, POTUS is telling your children to drop out of school and don't complete homework. I'm all for someone telling kids to stay in school and better themselves. Go to college. Hey, because mom and dad didn't doesn't mean Johnny can't.

But, you're right let those children learn from tv/wii about life!

This is why America's children are behind other countries.

Front page, Valdosta Daily Times, July 13, 2010: Go to valdostadailytimes.com to read. Cason's racism raises it's hideous head again. The investigation of his current hatefilled actions will of course find him innocent of wrongdoing. The school board that backs him is also primarily made up of old-timey Valdosta racists, and the fact-finding people are primarily white southern men. Ya just cannot beat the system here, it's inbred, cultural, tradition-bound, and resistant to change. What a shame.

I will leave this area when my contract is up, but meanwhile it's hard to see and hear about uncivilized actions in what I was brought up to believe is the finest country on earth. Valdosta is not quite part of the free world.
