O-----M-----G. She reminds me of the crazy cat lady that lives down the street. No lady...those cats aren't abandoned...they belong to people. You catching them and taking them home doesn't make them yours! How the hell does a person with this kind of reasoning skills get elected mayor?
I wonder how the cops feel about not being able to chase a suspect, either on foot or in a vehicle. This town had 2,030 residents as of the 2000 census, so it's just a po-dunk little nowhere dot on the map, but also I wonder how the residents feel about policies that prevent the cops from chasing criminals.

People VOTED for the woman? She can't even SPEAK properly! How on earth??????
Can't speak properly? Here sentences have subjects, predicates. Here verb agreement is correct and her sentences are complete. Perhaps the problem is her South Carolina accent or is it something else?
That is the mayor of a city? I wish her city luck because they are going to need it.
