So what if he is a Liberal, what does that have to do with anything? Human beings, all of them, have biases towards various things, that doesn't mean if you are a Liberal or a Conservative that you have to agree with everything those of similar opinion say or do.

I realize people on the right will see him as a Liberal and so thus never watch anything the guy says just because he is a Liberal. What they will be missing is Jon Stewart blasting the Obama administration on things like transparency, Iraq, torture, ACORN, etc...

When they had the writers strike, Stewart Liebowitz was off the air. He's mildly amusing but 90% of his humor is from his delivery of what other people tell him to say. Colbert is more creative and intelligent and much funnier, IMO.
Leno and Letterman were off during the writers strike too as were others, so let's give credit to the writers who make these shows watchable.

I've seen the show live a few times and Stewart is funny himself, not from what other people tell him to say. He spends a good amount of time fielding questions from the audience prior to the show and is funny during those unwritten moments.
