Has anyone considered the fact that it is both the sworn duty of both the President and the Attorney General to uphold the law; that such a duty doesn't allow for political political considerations? President Obama was very clear about not wishing to bring a criminal investigation into the use of torture, much to the chagrin of the left wing members of his party (myself included).
