Socialism, Nazism, Marxism, czars, and Hitler Youth have already been thrown out there, and it's been only 8 months since Obama's inauguration.
Please understand that this is a crude public relations campaign underwritten by the hard Right Wing (Sciafe, Cato Institute, Eagle Forum, Freedom Works, Anschutz, etc.) to try to salvage something for the GOP in addition to its core following of about 15% of the populace. It's now mostly a regional party, resident mostly in the southeastern part of the United States.
Review the history of the public relations campaigns and institutional development projects (Kentucky's Creation Museum) that have been created/funded/publicized by the anti-evolution camp. You'll be seeing much more of the same out of the anti-Obama camp for quite some time to come. Obama must demonized and made "the Other" so that his policies and influence are marginalized among Independents and the middle class.
The problem with this demonization movement is that it tends to take hold among the more psychologically unstable among the population. And because the Right Wing promotes gun ownership and violence as a means of addressing social and political conflict, don't be surprised to see news one day of attempts on the President's life.
