Explain again why Bush invaded Iraq? Funny how easy it is to rationalize the actions of one's idol.

The leaders of these nations saw the threat of an impending global depression and had to act aggressively to prevent it.

Were their stimulus bills written by the Apollo Alliance as well?

you are clearly missing the point - which is that this is indeed a global elite effort, at the expense of the working classes around the world. our politicians have nothing to lose since they are getting huge sums of money from specific corporations. it is no coincidence that tony blair took a job with JP morgan when he left office.....

it is also no coincidence that our federal reserve refuses to disclose where the money is being spent (or sent as the case may be). it is no coincidence that "advanced" countries are going to be being asked to pay a health care surtax, as well as a cap and trade energy tax in the very near future.

we are being duped by certain members of both parties.

And again, are you fooking serious.

I was no big fan of going into Afghanisatn or Iraq. But, you have to be delusional if you think they were anything similar to Hitler or Stalin.

Not even close.

Explain why Kennedy and Johnson invaded Vietnam? Why did Clinton invade Bosnia and Kosovo?

Funny, how you rationalize Bill Clinton's overseas wars and turn around cticize Bush for doing the same thing.
You said that only leftist governments (because they have big government bureaucracies behind them that make it happen) are capable of genocide. Explain the US invasion of Iraq. Explain Vietnam. Show me where I rationalized Clinton's Bosnia adventures. You are fooking serious.

One warning, please get back on topic and refrain from making it personal. I have already deleted more than half of this entire thread because of one single off topic post that everyone responded to. All that work and effort spent for nothing.

Please read the recent sticky at the top of the page.

Unless you are sugessting capitalism could round up millions of Jews and kill them? Nope. Only a big government can kill like that.

The Holocaust is one reason we should oppose the growth of govt.
So your definiton of a lefty is someone who supports "big arse government"? That's hilarious. By your definition, all monarchies are leftist. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is leftist. The Roman Empire was leftist. Heck, even the Vatican can be called leftist.

Give it a rest, dude. I see why you have to go to absurd lengths to define leftist that way. You want to distance yourself from Adolf Hitler. Rightists don't want to be lumped together with the biggest rightist of them all. But see, you can't deny your commonality with Hitler. You can't put lipstick on this pig.

Thread title was changed from

The stimulus is global, stupid to The stimulus is global

However, since this thread was started in an inflammatory manner with the unnecessary addition of "stupid", I'm going to close this because it has been a train wreck from the very first posting.

People, this is why we start threads in a descriptive and accurate manner that refrains from intentional inflammatory content. Please read the sticky at the top of the page and review how to start threads.
