In response to questions from The Wall Street Journal, a spokesman for the banking company said it has "suspended current commitments" to ACORN Housing, an affiliated group, and "will not enter into any further agreements with ACORN or any of its affiliates," pending assessments by the bank of the organization's operations
Now.....can WE, the taxpayers, get a full refund + interest....for the 53 MILLION this worthless, criminal organization has received from the Federal Govt. since 1994?
Yeah, I would think that a lot of people that ACORN registers to vote are Libertarian.
(Although it would actually be in their best interest to do so in the long run...)
More idiotic ACORN bashing. You all just love putting good people out of work, don't you?
It's going to kill your party, too.
Tell us one good thing they have done? Or should we say, one honest thing? They did hire people in Albuquerque to register voters, would you like some of those details? I doubt it!!! Putting people out of work is sad, putting people out of work that cheat isn't sad and allowing any organization to continue when they are dishonest at best should never be allowed. We are not talking charitable groups that pay their top administrators huge salaries, we are talking about total dishonesty and probably illegal operations.
Whether you are on the right or the left, how can anyone not realize these people are bad news!!!!???
