It's not so far-fetched an idea, you know. We spent half a century and trillions of dollars to make sure that it would never happen, so it's really not such a strange notion.

So what if the Russians invaded?

What if they came and stole all of our money?

What if the Russians invaded and enslaved our children as cheap worker bee drones locked in dismal dead-end jobs?

Odd because I knew this since I was a teenager. I refused to participate in popular culture, and stubbornly refused to go into debt. Whenever I tried to convince others they were falling for the scheme I was called "negative". Now we have to pay for the compacency and stupidity of those before us. We have a useless corrupt government that refuses to enforce the rule of Law we know as the Constitution. Now we have an economy that has not made real wealth in a decade. How long before the elite are in the crosshairs of an impoverished American public?

I think that crosshairs part depends on how long it takes Glenn Beck and the group of moms he is getting organized to awaken enough people.
