I was under the impression Obama hasn't made a decision yet, how is it that the OP can call him a lightweight as if the deal is done?
Because Palin isthe lightweight and nothing else....or a MIRACLE HAPPENED and she developed a brain and deep insight into Afghanistan and other world problems in just a very few short months....

No.....actually. Sarah Palin had a deep understanding of Afghanistan from years ago during the Bush administration. She was George jr's secret Afghan advisor. She would meet George jr. at 3AM every Thursday and discuss Afghan policy. One night George jr. said "What the h*ll am I gonna do about Afghanistan? She replied as only Sarah can, "Don't worry about it Honey. We'll always have Iraq." The rest is history.

Palin learning from Bushy! LOL! For some reason the word "vacuum" popped into my head....as in 0 + 0 = 0
He is a lightweight and clearly out of his league, but we knew what electing an absolute neophyte would me - chaos and atrocious foreign policy.
Yup, I agree.
