I am with you, Obama policies have caused record foreclosures, bankruptcies, car repos and yet he is passing out our money like water.

What about AMERICANS there Barry? What about American.

Do you know how many homes can be saved from foreclosure with 7.5 billion?

What a stupid move by Obama. Shows us all where his priorities are.

He is for the normal middle and lower class American ----- NOT.

Isn't aiding and abetting a county with known Al-Qaeda Operatives a treasonous, impeachable offense? Not to mention that irrespective of that regard, this is just an incomprehensible and unacceptable waste of money.

Here come the libs - OK, everyone at once point out how much Bush, Clinton, et al gave to the enemy. Blah blah blah.

It's just a dumb concept, regardless of party!

If we don't fight them over there we will have to fight them over here, don't you all remember?

So giving money to Pakistan is bad but giving money to Israel is good?

This is so great for all the Americans paying taxes ( unlike many democrats in Obamas WH) yet get nothing from all this spending.

Where is our Heck atleast give us all 100k I am sure that would help the economy.

I dont want to hear about the Iraq war and Bush because we are still paying for both wars under Obama with a higher debt thanks to Obama

I do not believe with this horrible economy and this situation at this time we should be giving money to any country at all.

It's non-military so yes, the US can give the money. We give money to Iran even today.

From the article:
"The aid is designed to fund projects in Pakistan that include schools and roads, agricultural development, energy generation, water resource management and the judicial system."

See..we're giving them money to build their infrastructure and better schools.

AND..healthcare but the OP's article didn't mention it.
Pakistan welcomes U.S. aid for schools, healthcare, infrastructure « Eideard

It was called a $787 Billion stimulus package - and I seem to recall you complaining about him doing it.
Make up your mind.
