Hey!

No one has military credibility to compare to Dick Cheney's.

He had "other priorities." Only little people go to war. Big shots get to start wars.

So when Obama sent 2 more combat brigades to Afghanistan back in July, (approx 7000 troops) was he being thoughtful and purposeful as you claim or can we blame his move on Bush as well?

Obviously Obama had some sort of strategy in mind during that time in order to ramp up troop force. His actions, his move, on his watch, no more Bush. Get over it.

Things have deteriorated since Obama's troop increase, and now he can't get his head out of his a$$ and make a move at his general's request.

Cheney is the only one calling Nobama on the carpet. More power to him.

Yeah, Cheney's seven-plus years of dawdling over Afghanistan serves him well in this instance.

Seriously, I think Cheney sees his daughter as the answer to the GOP's prayers. A strong conservative, from a strong conservative family. And yet she's a woman, so political attacks have to be done deftly and delicately. She has significantly stronger credentials than Mrs Palin, and her background in the government and in foreign affairs, coupled with the networks she can depend on via both her father and her mother, would indicate that she could be very effective in political office. Her husband's defense background and his political work would indicate they would be a strong DC power couple. And her work on her father's campaigns has prepared her for a run in her own right.

Vice President Cheney always projected a very substantial presence. If his daughter brings that aura of intelligence and ability to the table, she could match or even exceed her father's achievements.

Cheney's pounding something alright. He has rigged up a "special chair" and midgets who cater to his every sick, twisted need.

Cheney's daughter won't go very far. She's already been outed as a birther and radical extremist. The best she could hope for would be a seat in congress from some ultraconservative district somehwere. Maybe rural Utah if she pretends to be Mormon.

Ah yes ! The "GET" of Dick's own loins. Keep that defective germ plasm going, by all means. Bile ? Nah ! More like sulfuric acid. A heart ? just a melted Gumby toy. Fangs for free. Ronco's pocket sharpener. Substantial presence ? Ya. Lets not forget his "F you's" and that snarl that only a mother could love. Dick "So?" Cheney.

When Obama has to sign the letters for the dead troops in Afgan on the day that he is raising money for the dnc or out campagining for the gov of NJ or even going to try and get the olympics.

Do you think he is going to feel a sense of guilt that he was doing those things that could have waited instead of being in the oval office making a decision on if he should have sent them help that might have prevented the death of the person he just signed a letter for?

I wonder if he is going to feel any guilt at all
