Frankly, I don't know what their issue is. It was no secret how he intended to govern, and now that he's trying to govern that way they're acting all shocked, or at least the independent voters are. Just makes me wanna say "uhm... duh?"

The last time I read the U.S.Constitution, the president was delegated the power to EXECUTE the laws enacted by Congress.
Pursuant to the Declaration of Independence, American governments are instituted to (a) secure rights, and (b) govern those who consent.

Of course, those who "volunteered" into servitude, via enrollment and participation in Socialist InSecurity have waived their inalienable rights.

If fraud was used to gain your consent, perhaps you should question "your" public servants, to find out how and when you gave consent.

No he is brilliant and makes perfect sense!
Why do people have a hard believing the world is in turmoil and we are no longer the strongest country.

ROFLMAO !!!!! You think I am a fan of the GOP because I see the looney idiots of the democratic party destroying this great Nation? You really are too biased to see past your looney leftest propaganda. Both political parties have done our Nation wrong. We eliminated one of sorts, but we still have the nuts and fruits party to get rid of that is currently in control. And we the People will vote them out of office. With morons like barney ***, nancy pelosi, harry reid, the undoing of the democratic party is happening too. So, how many times does congressman from LA have to be caught with 90k of drug money in his freezer, how many killers like ted kennedy should be allowed in the nutcase party he was part of, how is it that obama should get a pass on everything when he wants to violate the Constitution at every turn? Read some history, you only need to go back to the early 1900's progressives to see what party has been delibertly trying to destroy this Nation. Don't be shocked when the enemy party to our Nation gets their a*** kicked out of control. It will be a great day when the next election does just that.

Obama is destroying our Nation? Says who - you. He was voted into office as President of the United States by an election where people voted. Guess what he Won. Is that a concept you don't understand. Vote again in 2012.

I didn't vote for Obama, and I certainly did not vote for McCain, but you really have to get a grip. Being a poor loser after a presidential election is pathetic. Rehashing Republican propaganda will get you nowhere. Both those parties have a lot to be desired. Now, if everyone had voted Libertarian - we would not be in the mess we are in. And I will repeat - Glenn Beck is NOT a libertarian. So just answer the question - is Glenn Beck nuts and see you at the next presidential election

read my previous post response to enemy country. No I do not think Beck is nuts. More like a thorn in the side of a President that does not have the best in mind for the Nation. Lets consider who this President has went out of his way to befriend;
1) we have the nutcase from iran, ahmadinejad,
2) we have the nutcase from South America, big mouth chavez.
3) we have 2 private meetings (and 1 was illegally-before obama was president) with castro of cuba.
4) we have the little idiot nutcase of North Korea kim jong-il
But this same democratic party President will not even speak to Fox news? Good thing I don't run Fox news, no one would udder a single good thing about the President and his nutjobs in Congress.

But obama gets a pass as did clinton. Look at how quite the press was when clinton fired 93 Federal Prosecutors (serveral that was investigating crimnal activity by democratic party member office holders) but yet the press was all over Bush for firing 8 Federal Prosecutors (4 of which was investigating republican party officeholders criminal activity, 3 that was investgating democratic members and 1 that who knows why). But I'd bet you think you get fair and honest news from the likes of brian williams or gibson or katie couric?
But why do I really dislike the nutjob in the whitehouse? The knife in the back of Troops he and his party is inserting. People like Glenn Beck, like him or not, at least will tell whats really happening. And I don't even listen to Beck

Does this statement pertain to paying into SS or just to taking it when the government starts you on it at retirement age? I might also ask just how close to 62 you are. You sound like you are one of the under 30 people around here who don't understand that most people who take SS now paid into it for over 50 years supporting those who had retired. Yep, I paid in from 1944 to the present time because I still have a little janitor job to make pocket money. Still paying 65 years later and i will until i can't work anymore.

You won't be needing SS since you are saving all that you would pay and also what your employer pays, right?

While I don't agree with him on most things, I don't think he is crazy and I don't think he should be 'taken' off the air. His opinion is his opinion and he has every right to express it.
Besides, I have this really cool thing in my house called a remote control that allows me to turn off anyone I don't want to watch or listen to. Works every time.

Its ridiculous that people think that Beck (or Limbaugh, Hannity, etc) should be taken off of the air. I can't stand Chris Matthews or "The View," but I don't think they should be forced off of the air. What happened to the 1st amendment?

exactly, why one side would even suggest something like this or would make statements like, he is a druggy or nuts or crazy, is beyond me.

"Go Philies" well I will be routing for them, but I don't know why, they make my Dodgers look pretty sad....
