I'm really shocked O supporters have nothing to say about this. Where's that transparency?

Well they claim the czars are only "advisors" and nothing more.

Someone should tell Feinberg, the pay czar though. He's regulating pay and says he has the authority to do it and he's doing it. Since he's not a member of Congress no constitutional laws are being broken. And if you ask him why GS and JPM are off the hook he doesn't have to tell you squat.

Yes, I've been wondering the same thing myself.

Yeah, the pay czar ended that silly argument that they were only "advisors." Congress is supposed to have power over executive appointments, to approve or disapprove. This czar thing is an attempt to get around that.

With them making decisions like they are that is effecting our everyday life they need to be run through the mill.

They are being used to make decisions and that is unconstitutional to do so.

Since Obama is suppose to be a constitutional scholar why is he blatantly disobeying the law?

The pay czar just confirmed it was his decision to cut the CEOs salaries and Obama is saying he did not know about it so they cannot wiggle out of this one.

People - Obama is ripping the constitution apart and breaking one law after another.

The czars are illegally being used and against our constitution.

Time to FIRE every single czar or get rid of Obama for willingly breaking the law.

Now we all cans we why the Chicago team sent him back to college to learn the constitution, so he could destroy it.

If I were in Congress, I would issue a few subpoenas to some of these "czars".

They can't defend anymore..the WH has spoken now and has confirmed what many posters have posted here. These guys are Obama's untouchables and they do have power and authority and are doing more then advising but don't have to talk about it.

-18 new positions
-no documented vetting process
-cannot be interviewed or questioned by Congress
- "Executive privilege" for them all

It should go to court, the courts will tear Obama apart on this czar issue the same way they tore Nixon apart.
