An then there can be a forum for white, black, hispanic, african, chinese, fat, thin, smart, dumb, retired, working and disabled or collecting disiblilty people too.

Well now cmon, put into context, that is funny, and while you may find that (venomous) you would be surprised to know that two of the most liberal progay people on here gave me positive reps for that, because they saw it for what it was sarcastic humor ! not venomous hate!
I hadn't noticed new interest in discussing homosexuality on the forum, but I have noticed some exciting posts, several so exciting I wish they could be eradicated.
Well OTR you will be happy to know that a good deal of mine have been eradicated, seems free speech is a one way street on this topic!
I for one think it's a good idea. There does seem to be at any given time a number of threads dealing with issues specific to the topic. Why not group them together? We all have have directories and subdirectories for grouped topics on our PC . Why not here ?
Right. But people never think about how their "opinions" affect others.
And I should add, opinion and fact are two different things. FACT: Being gay is not a choice, it's been documented many times by many scientists all across the world.
That shouldn't be up for debate, but it is. So, if someone is using their "opinion" in a hateful and/or negative manner, I have every right to tell them so.

Do you know of any scientific research that doesn't back it up? I'm not trying to attack you or anything, I'm just saying beliefs generally start to become more than "opinion" when they have a large body of solid research behind them.
